Welcome to TripMoody Terms & Conditions, which are mentioned below describe all the rules that apply when you decide to use our services or our website. By booking with us, you automatically agree that you accept TripMoody rules and regulations. Hence it is very important that you thoroughly read and understand our terms & conditions before applying to our company. If you make a booking on our website on behalf of other participants, you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept these Terms & Conditions on behalf of the other participants in your party.

The term “TripMoody” or “Tour Operator” or “Trip Operator” or “Company” or “us” or “we” or “our” refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is 2, lane no. 1, Vishnupuram, near Pasudhan Vibhag, Dehradun, Uttarakhand- 248001. The terms “you” or “your” refers to the user or viewer of our services and website.

1. THE BOOKING CONTRACT

Your booking is confirmed and a contract exists when you book online or your tour agent issues a written confirmation after receipt of the applicable deposit amount. Please check your confirmation carefully and report any incorrect or incomplete information to TripMoody or authorized travel agent immediately. Please ensure that names are exactly as stated in the relevant passport and documents.

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a trip booking. You agree to provide complete details and accurate information to us or the Tour agent.

2. PAYMENT SCHEDULE

A 25% deposit of the total amount of the package is required to ensure your trip reservation and the rest amount must be deposited 15 days prior to the starting date of your trip otherwise, your trip will be cancelled. Company will not be liable to pay any refunds in this regard.

Final confirmation of any participant’s booking is subject to receipt invoice and review of all required documents, forms and payment. You have to upload on the website (user dashboard) / email us all the documents 7 days before the trip to confirm your booking.

3. BOOKING ON BEHALF OF OTHERS

By booking on behalf of other participants you are considered to be the assigned contact individual for each member included on that booking. This means that you are responsible for making all payments due in connection with your Trip booking, notifying TripMoody or your Tour Agent if any changes or cancellations are required and keeping your party informed.

By booking on behalf of other participants, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all required consents. You are solely responsible for verifying that any details you provide on behalf of another participant is complete and accurate and TripMoody will under no circumstances be liable for any errors or omissions in the information provided to complete a trip booking.

4. REQUIRED MEDICAL INFORMATION

You must provide any medical information reasonably requested by the Tour Operator and may be required to complete TripMoody medical information form (the “Medical Form”), available on our website. Medical Forms are mandatory. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions which may impact your or their ability to travel, participate to the contest, travel to remote areas without access to medical facilities or may adversely affect the experience of others on your experience, you must return a Medical Form, signed by a licensed and practicing physician to the Tour Operator prior to or at the time of final payment for the booking.

You will disclose all the relevant medical information accurately and fully. TripMoody reserves the right to request further information or professional medical opinions where necessary, as determined in its discretion, for your safety or the safe operation of the contest. TripMoody reserves the right to deny you permission to travel or participate in any aspect of the challenge at any time and at your own risk and expense where the organization determines that your physical or mental condition renders you unfit for travel or you represent a danger to yourself or others. Pregnancy is considered a medical condition and must be disclosed to TripMoody at the time of booking. We refuse to allow pregnant women to participate. TripMoody may refuse to allow anyone with certain medical conditions if reasonable accommodation or alternatives cannot be arranged. In the event that you do not complete the required Medical Form or provide the relevant medical information required by TripMoody, for any reason by the deadline indicated above, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and all applicable cancellation fees will apply. You are personally responsible for assessing whether a Competition is suitable for you. You should consult your physician to confirm your fitness for trekking/hiking and participation in any planned adventure activities. You should seek your physician’s advice on vaccinations and medical precautions. TripMoody does not provide medical advice. It is your responsibility to assess the risks and requirements of the events you are going to participate in, based on your own unique circumstances, limitations, fitness level and medical requirements. Travel with TripMoody may involve visiting isolated or developing regions, where medical treatment may not be easily accessible and medical facilities may not meet the standards of those found in your country or region.

5. SPECIAL REQUIREMENT

By “Special requirements” we mean any special dietary, transportation, separate accommodation, luggage offloading, equipment rental, hiking gear or service request asked specifically by the participant itself not expressively included in the trip itinerary or price of the trip and do not form part of the trip. You agree that any assistance was given by the TripMoody representative(s) in arranging, selecting, or booking, any Optional Extras is purely at your request and the Tour Operator makes no warranties and expressly disclaims any liability whatsoever arising from participation in Optional Extras or any information provided by any representative of the TripMoody regarding any Optional Extras. You release the Tour Operator from all claims and causes of action arising from any damages, loss of enjoyment, inconvenience, or injuries related to or arising from participation in or booking of Optional Extras. You’re responsible to advise TripMoody of any special requests through email after confirming your booking. Most common request we get is offloading of rucksacks. We expect to carry your personal backpacks on your own but if you’re beginner we highly recommend to offload your backpack because trekking with a heavy rucksack in mountains is not an easy task. If you wish to offload your backpack please inform us in advance.

Your backpack shouldn’t weigh more than 20 lbs. and offloading in between the trek is not an option. Charges of the offloading backpack are given below:-

1. INR 500 per bag on treks where mules are used to carrying common luggage.

2. INR 1000 per bag on treks where porters are used to carrying common luggage.

You acknowledge and agree that any liability for loss, damages, death, personal injury, illness, emotional distress, mental suffering or psychological injury or loss of or damage to property associated with Special requests is the sole responsibility of the third party providing that service or activity.

6. MANDATORY INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS

YOU MUST HAVE TRAVEL INSURANCE WITH A MINIMUM MEDICAL, EVACUATION AND REPATRIATION COVERAGE OF US$100,00 covering all applicable dates of travel with TripMoody. This insurance must cover your personal injury and emergency medical expenses. On the first day of each Tour a representative of TripMoody will verify that you have sufficient insurance in place. You are strongly recommended to extend your coverage to include cancellation, curtailment, and all other expenses that may arise as a result of loss, damage, injury, delay or inconvenience while traveling. You acknowledge that insurance coverage is not included in the cost of any Trip offered by the Tour Operator and you are required to obtain separate coverage at an additional cost. You’re responsible to ensure that you have sufficient coverage and agree to the terms of the appropriate insurance plans. It is your responsibility to advise your insurer for the type of trip, destination(s) and activities included in your booking so that the insurer may provide appropriate coverage.

7. PRICES, SURCHARGES AND TAXES

The published price of the Trip and any products or services offered by TripMoody is subject to change at any time, before or after booking confirmation and up to 15 days before departure. Packages are priced and advertised exclusive of all applicable taxes. After a confirmation invoice has been issued by the company, the company reserves the right to impose surcharges on any products or services booked for reasons arising from increases in transportation costs, luggage offloading charges, fuel costs, dues, taxes or fees chargeable for services such as local operator costs, currency and exchange fluctuations, increases in taxes, or government action which impacts the price of the applicable products or services; provided, however, the company will only do so where the increase in question is greater than 2% of the original price paid for the products or services (excluding add-ons, insurance, special requests and taxes). Upon learning of the necessity to impose a surcharge in accordance with this section the Tour Operator will provide notice to you as soon as possible. Where the increase in price is greater than 10% of the original price of the applicable products or services (excluding add-ons, insurance, special requests and taxes), you may choose to either: (a) cancel your booking without incurring any deductions (b) accept the change in price. You must notify the Company of your choice within 14 days of receipt of notice of the increase or you will be deemed to have accepted the price change and will be liable for payment of the increase. From time-to-time, the Company may offer reduced pricing on certain products or services. The reduced pricing applies only to new bookings. Bookings, where payment of at least a deposit has been received by the company, are not entitled to the reduced pricing.

8. VALIDITY

All dates and prices of Tours are subject to change at any time and the current price will be quoted and confirmed at the time of booking, subject to any surcharges that may be levied in accordance these Terms. You accept that you are responsible for keeping up to date on the specific details of your trip and any other products or services, including, but not limited to checking the Tour Operator’s website at least one week prior to departure as minor changes may have been made after the time of booking.

9. DETAILS REQUIRED FOR BOOKING

As a condition of booking, you must provide the information requested by The TripMoody along with final payment. If you fail to provide all required information prior to the date on which full payment is due an administrative fee will be charged for any costs incurred by The TripMoody as a result of your failure to provide the required information. If you fail to supply information required by the Tour Operator for the permits, or other inclusions, you will also be liable for any costs, fees or losses including failure to obtain or provide that inclusion. In the event that you fail to provide information required by our company, the company also reserves the right to treat your booking (or the relevant component of your booking) as cancelled and levy any cancellation fees deemed reasonable by The TripMoody at its sole discretion. The information required by the Tour Operator will vary by treks and will be communicated to you or to The TripMoody authorized agent during the booking process. Our company will not be held responsible for any fees you incur as a result of errors, omissions, inaccuracies, late, misplaced or otherwise incomplete information you have provided.

10. FINAL PAYMENT & ACCEPTANCE OF BOOKING

The confirmation sent by TripMoody or your tour agent will contain details of the final payment required for any booking. Payment of the balance of the price for any trip or services booked is due 15 days before the departure date of the trip or service included in the applicable booking. If full payment is not received by the applicable due date TripMoody may, at its sole discretion, change the rate payable for the booking, or treat the booking as cancelled and keep the deposit paid on booking as a cancellation fee. If a booking is made less than 15 days before the departure date of the trip included in the applicable booking, then the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. If for any trip or service booked, payment terms differ from those outlined in this section, the applicable terms will be communicated to you prior to booking and will also be detailed on the applicable invoice. TripMoody is not responsible for any charges raised by third parties or Banks and payable by you as a result of debit/credit card or other payment transaction and will not refund or return any fees charged by third parties or financial institutions in connection with payments made by you to TripMoody.

11. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

TripMoody reserves the right to cancel trips. TripMoody isn’t responsible for additional expenses incurred in preparation for the tour (for example:-non-refundable advance purchase air/train tickets, visa fees, equipment, clothing, medical expenses, etc.). If a trip is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control and no alternate trip/itinerary is offered a trip credit equal to the full amount paid will be issued.

11.1 CANCELLATION BY THE PARTICIPANT

You may cancel your booking by notifying us through mail or login user dashboard of our website. Cancellation fees, if any, will be determined with reference to the date on which notice of cancellation is received by the company and are expressed as a percentage of the total price paid for the cancelled Trip, product or service (excluding any insurance, rent gear products or Transportation).

If the trip is cancelled by the participant itself for any reason than the refund policies are given below:-

• If cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to departure 0% deduction

• If cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to departure 10% deduction

• If cancellation is made more than 20 days prior to departure 25% deduction

• If cancellation is made more than 10 days prior to departure 50% deduction

• Less than 10 days of departure no cash refund

• Once the trip has begun, there will be no refund or no change participant.

* Cash refund is applicable only in case of bookings made without using any special offers and wallet money.

* If you made bookings with our final hour offers, no cash refund and no date change requests are accepted.

* In case of a refund there will be the deduction of 3% as bank transaction from the total amount you have paid. (When you make the online payment we are charged 3% by the payment gateway, so that will be deducted from your amount as transaction charge).

After cancellation your refund amount will be initiated within 72 hours, the amount will be credited to the same account through which you had paid at the booking time. It usually takes between 10 – 15 working days. This is the standard time frame required by the financial institution and the payment gateway to facilitate the transaction. In case you haven’t received the refund amount after this time frame please contact us.

12. REPLACEMENT OF PARTICIPANT

We allow you to seamlessly replace any of the participants in your booking through the TripMoody login dashboard and by mail request. Please note that this feature is applicable only when the status of the Booking is “fully paid” and there are at least 7 days remaining prior to the departure date. The new participant needs to print, sign, scan and send the undertaking form to info@tripmoody.com

Please note that the replacement would not be applicable on Insurance, Air, Train or Bus tickets transport booked for the original participant. This is simply because the seats booked in such transport mediums or Insurance policy once taken are not transferrable. It is beyond the control of the TripMoody.

13. IN CASE OF DROPOUT BY PARTICIPANT IN BETWEEN THE EVENT

Our company shall not be liable to make any refund in such a situation. The participant has to pay for the expenses incurred during the unplanned execution made by TripMoody team for them. If in a situation where suitable arrangements are not possible for the participant, then TripMoody reserves the rights to deny such dropout in between the event.

14. GUARANTEED DEPARTURES & CANCELLATION OR CHANGE INITIATED BY TripMoody

A departure date for a Trip offered by TripMoody will become a guaranteed departure when at least five bookings secured by a valid deposit has been made on that departure. TripMoody ensures that all scheduled fixed departures booked and secured with a valid deposit will depart as indicated on the booking confirmation, subject to sensibly agenda changes as portrayed in these Terms or good faith of wellbeing and security concerns. This guarantee is not applicable in the situation of “Force Majeure”. Up to date Trek and itinerary information is available on TripMoody website or by contacting TripMoody. Brochures and other printed materials displaying Trip information and departure dates are subject to change may not be relied upon for purposes of this guarantee. If a Trek is cancelled by TripMoody before the date of departure for reasons other than “Force Majeure” and the cancellation is not caused by your fault or negligence you will have the choice of accepting from the Company: (a) a substitute Trip of equivalent or superior value; or (b) a substitute Trip of lesser value if no Trip of equivalent or superior value is reasonably available and to recover from TripMoody the difference in price between the price of the Trip originally purchased and the substitute Trip; or (c) a full refund of all monies paid for the cancelled Trip. TripMoody is not responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses that you incur as a result of the cancelled booking including visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights or rail, non-refundable car parking or other fees, loss of earnings, or loss of enjoyment, TripMoody reserves the right to issue a full refund in lieu of the choices above at its sole discretion. Where a significant element of a Trip as described cannot be provided after departure, TripMoody will make suitable alternative arrangements where possible. If it is not possible to provide a suitable alternative or if you reasonably reject any suitable alternatives, TripMoody may provide you with a refund for unused products or services as determined at its discretion. The minimum or maximum size of the group enabling the journey or the trip to be carried out and, if the journey or stay is made subject to a minimum number of participants, the deadline for informing the consumer in the event of cancellation of the journey Or stay; This date may not be fixed less than twenty-one days before departure. In the event of cancellation, due to an insufficient number of registrants on a date or for any other reason, expenses outside of the journey subscribed to by TripMoody and incurred by the customer, such as transportation costs up to India, visa fees, travel documents, vaccination expenses will not be reimbursed.

15. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

It’s your responsibility to get information about the country and the region you’re going to enter and to have in your possession all the required Identification and documentation required. This includes a valid passport and all travel documents required by the government authorities of the country including visa, permits, Medical certificates and Insurance policy. You accept full responsibility for obtaining all such documents, visas and permits prior to the start of the Trip, and you are solely responsible for the full amount of costs incurred as a result of missing or incorrect documentation. You agree that you are responsible for the full amount of any loss or expense incurred by TripMoody that is a direct result of your failure to secure proper travel documentation.

TripMoody does not provide advice on travel documents and makes no representations or warrantees as to the accuracy or completeness of any information provided on visas, vaccinations, climate, clothing, baggage, or special equipment and you agree that TripMoody is not responsible for any errors or omissions in this information.

16. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

Participation in activities during our events is at your own risk. Good health and fitness is a prerequisite for all activities. The participant shall undertake to inform us of any health problems. Participation in any adventure activities of us, you need following health conditions which excludes: hypertension, heart disorders, pregnancy, cardiovascular, neck or prior injuries, back problems, epilepsy as well as chronic ear disorders with an impaired sense of balance. If your health includes above - mentioned problem, you must disclose all such problems before booking with us. Failure to do so will constitute to breach of these booking conditions and result in termination of the trip that very moment for the person. In that case, all your money paid to us will be forfeited.

We do not accept unaccompanied minors (those under 18 years of age) however if minors aged 10 -17 may accompany their parents or guardian who accept full responsibility for them.

We expect all our participants to fulfill the eligibility criteria of all our activities (treks, expeditions, young explorers program), if not met by the requisite health and fitness condition, or our ground staff find out at any at moment that the participant is unfit to continue further that activity then participant’s trip will be cancelled and amount will be forfeited. It is the duty of the participant to abide by the conditions for participation and to strictly follow the instructions given by the organizer, the support personnel or the instructor.

17. LEADER AUTHORITY & ON TRIP PARTICIPANT BEHAVIOUR

Once the trip starts our team leader, who represents our company has the sole authority to lead and manage that particular event and it is necessary that you abide by the authority of the leader, who represents the Company. If you commit any illicit act when on the event or if in reasonable opinion of the leader or another person in authority your behavior is disruptive, abusive or threatening, causes unnecessary inconvenience or is causing or likely to cause damage to property, danger, distress or upset, disturbance or annoyance to others or puts any other traveler or our staff in any risk or danger, on the telephone, in writing or in person, we may cancel your trip without any liability on our part. Any form of intoxication, by means of alcohol, illicit drugs, weed, or hash, is completely prohibited on all expeditions. The Team Leader’s observation & assessment would be final in this regard and any traces/indication found would deem the participant unfit to continue further. The leader has complete authority to cancel your expedition in such a case. In any of these case, no refunds or compensation will be paid to you and we will not be liable for any costs or expenses you incur.

18. FLEXIBILITY & UNUSED SERVICES

You admit that the nature of adventure travel requires flexibility in plans and you will permit reasonable alterations in trips, services or itineraries by TripMoody. The schedules, route, activities, accommodation, amenities and mode of transportation are liable to change with no notice because of unforeseeable conditions or events outside the control of TripMoody (including, but not limited to: Force Majeure, illness, strikes, mechanical breakdown, political events, flight cancellations and border difficulties). No reimbursements, discounts or refunds will be issued for services that are missed or unused after departure due to no fault of the Tour Operator, including your removal from a Trip because of your negligence or breach of these Terms.

19. IN CASE OF EMERGENCY EVACUATION

We have expert leaders who are experienced in first aid on all our events but still there might be situations under which an emergency evacuation might be needed. If this kind of situations arises we are committed to make a safe evacuation for you in case of emergency. Also, we will make all necessary & adequate arrangements for your evacuation till nearest road head or hospital. Any additional expenses incurred during the process would be paid by the participant itself. Our company will not be liable to pay for these expenses.

20. ACCEPTANCE OF RISK

You acknowledge that adventure travel and the products and services offered by the TripMoody may involve a significant amount of risk to your health and safety. By traveling with the TripMoody you acknowledge that you have considered any potential risks to health and safety. You hereby assume responsibility for all such risk and releases the Company from all claims and causes of action arising from any losses, damages or injuries or death resulting from risks including adventure travel specifically, visiting foreign destinations, and participating in adventurous activities such as those included in Tour itineraries or otherwise offered by TripMoody. You know that the degree and nature of personal risk involved depends on the trip booked and the locations in which a product or service operates, and that there may be a significant degree of personal risk involved in participating, particularly participating in adventure activities, travel to remote locations, carriage by watercraft, participation in “extreme sports” or other high-risk activities, or travel to countries with developing infrastructure. Measures of hygiene, accommodation and transport in specific countries where Tours happen are often lower than the standards you may sensibly expect in your home country or region. You agree that TripMoody is not responsible for providing information or guidance with respect to local customs, weather conditions, specific safety concerns, physical challenges or laws in effect in any locations where a Trip, product or service is operated. You acknowledge you have considered the potential risks, dangers and challenges and your own personal capabilities and needs, and you expressly assume the risks associated with travel under such conditions. You must at all times strictly follow with all applicable laws and regulations of all countries and regions. Should you fail to comply with the above or commit any illegal act when on Tour or, if in the opinion of the Company (acting reasonably), your behavior is causing or is likely to cause danger, distress or material annoyance to others, the Company may terminate your travel arrangements on any product or service immediately at your expense and without any liability on the Company’s part. You will not be liable to get any refund for unused or missed services or costs incurred as a result of the termination of your travel arrangements, including, without limitation, return travel, accommodations, meals, and incidentals. You are responsible for any costs (including repair, replacement and cleaning fees) incurred by TripMoody or the Trip Operator’s suppliers for property damage, destruction or theft caused by you while on a Trip. You agree to immediately report any pre-existing damage to a representative of TripMoody and staff of the accommodation, transportation service, or facility as soon as possible upon discovery. You agree to take all prudent measures in relation to your own safety while on Trip including, but not limited to, the proper use of safety devices (including seatbelts, harnesses, flotation devices and helmets) and obeying all posted signs and oral or written warnings regarding health and safety. Neither the Company nor it’s Third Party Suppliers (as defined herein) are liable for loss or damages caused by your failure to comply with safety instructions or warnings. You agree to bring any complaints to TripMoody as soon as possible in order to provide the Tour Operator with the opportunity to properly address such complaint. You agree to inform your tour leader, another representative of TripMoody or the Tour Operator’s customer service department directly. TripMoody assumes no liability for complaints that are not properly brought to the attention of the Tour Operator and cannot resolve or attempt to resolve complaints until proper notice is provided. Any complaint made after the completion of a Tour must be received in writing by the Company within 30 days of the last day of travel of the booking in question.

21. LOCAL LAWS & CUSTOMS

Laws and customs of the areas you visit can be very different to those you are used to. Be aware of your actions to ensure that locals do not offend, especially if you are visiting religious areas. It is your responsibility to make yourself familiarize, and respect local laws and customs. If you fail to do so, we will not liable to you for any cost, loss or damage which you suffer nor will we refund you the cost of any unused portion of your trip.

22. TripMoody IS NOT LIABLE FOR THIRD PARTY SUPPLIERS

Our company makes arrangements with accommodation providers, transfer operators, tour and local guides, and other independent parties (“Third Party Provider”) to provide you with some or all of the components of your booking. Third Party Provider may also engage the services of local operators and sub-contractors. Although we take all reasonable care in selecting Third Party Provider, the company is unable to control Third Party Provider, does not supervise Third Party Provider and therefore cannot be responsible for their acts or omissions. These may limit or exclude liability of the Third Party Provider. You acknowledge that Third Party Suppliers operate in compliance with the applicable laws of the countries in which they operate and the company does not warrant that any Third Party Supplier is in compliance with the laws of your country of residence or any other jurisdiction.

THE TOUR OPERATOR IS NOT LIABLE AND WILL NOT ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS, LOSSES, DAMAGES, COSTS OR EXPENSES ARISING OUT OF INCONVENIENCE, LOSS OF ENJOYMENT, DISAPPOINTMENT, UPSET, DISTRESS OR FRUSTRATION, WHETHER PHYSICAL OR MENTAL, RESULTING FROM THE ACT OR OMISSION OF ANY PARTY OTHER THAN THE COMPANY AND ITS STAFF. Company is not liable for the acts or omissions, whether negligent or otherwise, of Third Party Providers or any independent contractors.

23. “FORCE MAJEURE”

TripMoody will not be liable in any way for death, illness, bodily injury, damage, delay or other loss or detriment to person or property, or financial costs both direct and indirect incurred, or for TripMoody failure to commence, perform or complete any duty owed to you if such death, bodily injury, delay (including emotional distress or injury), illness, damage or other loss or detriment to person or property is caused by Act of God, war or war like operations, terrorist activities, mechanical breakdowns or threat thereof, civil commotions, labor difficulties, political disturbance, interference by authorities, howsoever and where so ever any of the same may arise or be caused, riot, insurrection and government restraint, fire, extreme weather or any other cause whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of TripMoody; or an event which TripMoody or the Third Party Supplier of services, even with all due consideration, couldn't anticipate any of which, individually and collectively, constitute “Force Majeure”.

24. PHOTOGRAPHY AND MARKETING RIGHTS

You agree that, while participating in any Event photos or videos may be taken by co-participants or company representatives that may contain or feature you. Your consent to any such pictures being taken and grants a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to the TripMoody, for any purpose whatsoever (including promotions, marketing and the creation of promotional materials by or with sub-licensees), in any medium at all, regardless of whether at present known or from now on formulated, with no further commitment or pay payable to you." We also encourage our participants to share the photos or videos that they had created on their own. We give due credits to our participants before publishing such content on social platforms.

25. PRIVACY POLICY

TripMoody must collect your personal information to deliver the trip and any products or services booked. 26. LAW & JURISDICTION

If any dispute or difference(s) of any kind whatsoever shall emerge between the parties hereto in connection with or emerging out of this agreement the parties hereto shall in good faith negotiate with a view to arriving at an amicable resolution and settlement. Any/all legal proceedings with regard to any issue, claim, differences and disputes emerging out of this agreement, will be governed by the Indian laws and the courts of Dehradun, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim emerging out of it.

TripMoody reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, without any prior notice, at any time. Any such modification is effective thereupon the posting of same by TripMoody on its website.
